Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern access to the AlgoGreek Research subscriber desk. They apply to the research subscription described on this site. They are not an investment-advisory agreement and not a portfolio-management agreement.

1. Nature of the service

AlgoGreek Research provides standardized, non-personalized research: PlutusQuant recommendations, commentary, coverage of India and US listed equities and ETFs, and model portfolios constructed using quantitative methodologies, presented strictly for illustrative and research purposes. The service does not consider your investment objectives, financial situation or risk profile. It is not a recommendation that you buy, sell or hold any security.

2. Subscription fee

The planned research subscription is ₹1,000 (Indian Rupees one thousand) per month, or ₹9,000 (Indian Rupees nine thousand) per year, for a single package covering PlutusQuant recommendations, commentary, India stocks, US stocks and model portfolios. Applicable taxes (including GST, as applicable) will be stated on the invoice. You may choose monthly or yearly billing. The first 60 days after registration are free; no credit card is required to start the trial.

3. Renewal and cancellation

After the trial, continued access requires an active subscription. You may cancel before the next billing date. Access continues until the end of the then-current paid period. Payment-gateway wiring is still being completed; the precise auto-renewal mechanic will follow the processor’s mandate once live.

4. Refunds

Unless required by applicable law, subscription fees for a billing period that has commenced are not refundable. This refund language is a working policy and should be confirmed by compliance counsel before commercial go-live.

5. No assurance of returns

No assurance or guarantee of returns is provided. Past performance of any model, strategy or research output is not indicative of future performance.

6. Independent judgment

You agree to exercise independent judgment and, where appropriate, to consult a SEBI registered Investment Adviser before making investment decisions.

7. Acceptable use

You will not redistribute research to third parties as if it were your own, scrape the desk, or represent AlgoGreek Research ratings as personalized advice. Research reports are not issued selectively in advance of other clients entitled to receive them.

8. Records

Research reports, recommendations and the rationale for recommendations are maintained for a minimum of five years as required by the Research Analyst’s record-keeping policy.

9. Grievances

Complaints may be lodged at /investor-grievance/lodge. If you are not satisfied, you may use SEBI SCORES (https://scores.sebi.gov.in/) and SMART ODR (https://smartodr.in/).

10. Changes

AlgoGreek Research may publish a new version of these Terms. Continued use after the effective date of a new version constitutes a request that you accept that version; the desk will require affirmative acceptance of the current version before purchase or renewal. Merely opening this page is not acceptance.
