B. Research services
As proposed in Annexure 20A (4 June 2026). Chander Navani, proprietor of AlgoGreek Research, proposes to provide research services in the securities market domain, which include:
- Preparation and dissemination of research reports based on quantitative, algorithmic, mathematical, statistical, and data-driven methodologies, used independently or together with traditional fundamental and technical analysis.
- Coverage of securities including equities, exchange traded funds (ETFs), derivatives, and indices listed on recognised stock exchanges.
- Dissemination of non-personalized trade ideas, strategy reports, market insights, and model-generated research views.
- Publication of model portfolios constructed using quantitative methodologies, presented strictly for illustrative and research purposes.
- Delivery of research outputs through digital platforms, including web-based analytical dashboards, technology interfaces, screening systems, electronic reports, and other fintech communication channels.
- A systematic, rules-based research process designed to minimize discretionary bias.
C. Non-personalized research
All research outputs, including trade ideas and model portfolios, are standardized and non-personalized and do not consider the specific investment objectives, financial situation, or risk profile of any individual investor.
All research services are provided strictly on a non-personalized basis and do not constitute investment advice under the SEBI Investment Advisers Regulations 2013. No assessment of suitability, risk profiling, or personalized recommendation is undertaken.
